Frequently Asked Questions

First make sure the mobile app is downloaded from the App Store. Then use the exact username and password that was entered when the account was set up.

Usernames and passwords must be entered exactly as it appears when the account was set up. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

An “Already Active On Device” error means that your account is logged in on a mobile device. This can be caused by closing or updating the app without logging out. Remember that your account can only be used on one device at a time.

The most common reason for not seeing your truck and/or trailer on the mobile app is that someone else hasn’t released the truck/trailer from their device. Assets can only be assigned to one driver at a time.

To release your truck and/or trailer without logging into the mobile app, simply select None for truck and trailer.

In order for Etickets to display on the mobile app, first select a supplier. Do this by selecting the duty status on the top of the screen. Choose a supplier and then select confirm.

To choose a map for navigation, simply select your map from the settings screen.

To get directions to your next location, make sure you have selected your map type AND have downloaded either Google Maps or Apple Maps to your device.

Enter your load data from the Eticket screen. The load must be accepted first. Then, continue by selecting Load Carriage at the bottom of the screen.

My app won’t let me enter my timestamp. It says my unload can’t be before my load timestamp. What do I do?

Add allowed details to your Eticket by using the Details section of the Eticket. Details include; Add Image, Add Signature, Add Note, Split Load, Add Item, Add Asset and Print Carriage. Only details allowed by the job will appear in this section.

To see an Eticket that has previously been completed, but isn’t visible on your mobile app, you will need to pin the carriage.

To unpin an Eticket, simply select the pin icon in the upper left corner.

A summary ticket is a print out of selected completed Etickets. Print a summary ticket from the settings screen.

Going off duty does not sign you out of the mobile app, it simply removes you from actively working. To ensure the mobile app runs smoothly, signing out completely after each shift is strongly recommended.

An autodispatch can only occur when 1. It is enabled on the job. 2. All of the required details are added to the Eticket 3. Request a new Eticket is checked.

The mobile app can be changed from light mode to dark mode in the settings screen.
