How do I get directions to my next location?

To get directions to your next location, make sure you have selected your map type AND have downloaded either Google Maps or Apple Maps to your device.

Follow these step-by-step instructions that include screenshots for help.

  1. Select the desired Eticket.

  2. Make sure the Eticket is Accepted.

  3. Make sure the desired location appears in the Source or the Destination box.

  4. The navigation icon will be available when the location is selected. Select the navigation icon.

  5. The app will show a map to the selected location.
