I don’t see my truck or trailer. How do I see my truck and trailer?


The most common reason for not seeing your truck and/or trailer on the mobile app is that someone else hasn’t released the truck/trailer from their device. Assets can only be assigned to one driver at a time.

Follow these step-by-step instructions that include screenshots for help.

  1. Select the duty status in the upper left corner of the screen.

  2. Select your supplier, make sure your duty status is on duty, select your truck and trailer.

  3. Select Confirm.
  4. Etickets will now appear on your screen.
