I don’t see my truck or trailer. How do I see my truck and trailer?


The most common reason for not seeing your truck and/or trailer on the mobile app is that someone else hasn’t released the truck/trailer from their device. Assets can only be assigned to one driver at a time.

  1. Contact your dispatch center to have them release your truck or trailer.
  2. Dispatch centers can also see if the truck/trailer is not available for work and make it available, as needed.

Multiple options can be selected.
